Before You Start
Prepare company materials, role assignments, platform accounts, and your runtime environment before you start using the product. It reduces rework and failed publishing later.
Access Environment
- Use the official address your administrator gives you. Do not enter the system through an unfamiliar link from a chat log.
- Keep your network stable, and allow the system to open the login or creator pages of third-party platforms.
- Platform login depends on browser sessions. Clearing browser data, changing a platform password, or a platform's own risk controls can all invalidate the login.
- For desktop deployments, the administrator should confirm that the backend services, database, storage, and browser components have started.
Company Materials
- Your registered company name, brand name, and business introduction in both Chinese and English.
- Core products, key selling points, target customers, representative case studies, and brand tone.
- A clear logo, QR code, brand images, and video end-card assets.
- Product materials, Q&A, service descriptions, and compliance statements that can be used publicly.
Accounts and Responsibilities
Create a separate account for each member, and define the responsibilities of administrators, content operators, sales, and support before you start operating. Do not let several people share one administrator account.
Note
Third-party platform accounts must be connected with authorization from whoever actually owns them. Verification codes, cookies, tokens, and API keys must never appear in screenshots, the knowledge base, or chat logs.
