Subscription and usage
Check your current plan, cycle quota, and credit consumption so that critical tasks are not interrupted by an insufficient quota.

Check account status
The Subscription and usage page shows your current plan, validity period, available credits, resource usage for the current cycle, and the credit breakdown. Available credits consist of plan quota, complimentary credits, and topped-up credits, and the system consumes them in the order indicated on the page. After a plan upgrade or renewal, verify that the new plan name, validity period, and quota have taken effect.
Tokens are the raw usage measure for AI text processing, while credits are the unified settlement unit for a tenant. Images, video minutes, voice-over characters, and successful publishes are converted into credits according to their corresponding pricing rules, so the token count and the credits finally deducted do not need to match one to one.
Usage management
- Check the remaining quota before large research jobs or batch image or video generation.
- When consumption is abnormal, check the breakdown by time, feature, and operator.
- Contact the platform administrator to renew or adjust the plan before it expires or the quota runs out.
Pre-authorization holds and settlement
Some generation tasks place a pre-authorization hold on the estimated credits before they start, then settle against actual usage once the task completes and automatically release the excess; failed, cancelled, or timed-out tasks are refunded according to the rules. "On hold" on the page does not mean the credits have been consumed; "net consumption this cycle" is the actual result after refunds are deducted.
Repeatedly refreshing or querying the status of the same task does not incur duplicate charges. If two records appear in the breakdown, first check the feature type, task ID, and record direction: one may be a hold or a deduction, and the other may be a release, a refund, or a reversal.
For member usage, only the tenant administrator can view the team summary and per-member breakdown; regular members must not see other members' consumption records.
