Routine maintenance
Keep accounts, materials, tasks, and member status usable over the long term through fixed checks and a handover process.
Daily check
- Whether the dashboard shows publishing failures, interactions awaiting handling, and leads awaiting follow-up.
- Whether the accounts scheduled to publish that day are working normally, and whether scheduled tasks match expectations.
- Whether high-intent or high-risk messages have been picked up by their owner.
Weekly check
- Check the login status and sync results of platform accounts.
- Clear out invalid drafts, and tidy up asset tags and duplicate files.
- Review failed tasks, interaction conversion, and lead progress.
- Check whether the knowledge base, brand materials, and automation rules need to be updated.
Changes and handover
When a member leaves, a platform password is changed, the brand is upgraded, or service configuration changes, complete permission revocation, task handover, account review, and the change record at the same time. After a configuration change, validate it with a low-risk task first.
