Security, compliance, and data management
Protect login credentials, customer data, and content assets, and comply with third-party platform rules and your organization's internal rules.
Sensitive credentials
- Passwords, verification codes, cookies, tokens, API keys, and database connection details must not be written into documents or screenshots.
- Use least-privilege accounts, and grant administrator permissions only to people who carry management responsibility.
- Disable or replace temporary accounts and temporary passwords promptly once they have been used.
Content compliance
- Generated content must pass human review before it is published.
- Declare original, reposted, AI-generated, and marketing content correctly.
- Confirm that images, music, fonts, videos, and case studies are licensed for use.
- Automation must not be used for mass harassment, inducement, or circumventing platform rules.
Data management
Production deployments must back up the database and file storage in accordance with your organization's policies, and verify restore capability on a regular basis. When exporting or sharing customer interaction and lead data, control who receives it and how long it is retained.
