Use the system assistant

System assistant provides functions related to system configurations.

Display the commonly used menus in the system

1. Click in the upper right corner. The commonly used menus are displayed

2. To search for a menu, enter keywords in the search field.

3. To exit the commonly used menu page, click .

Access the dashboard

1. To access the dashboard, click .

2. To exit the dashboard, press Esc.

View notifications

1. On the top navigation bar, click . The notifications will be displayed below.

2. To hide the notifications list, click again.

3. To access the real-time alarm page, click More to the bottom of the notifications list.

Provide feedback

With feedback, users can share their experience, provide suggestion for improvement, report bugs, or request new features. These are crucial for product and service enhancement.

Procedure

1. On the top navigation bar, click .

2. Enter the description for your feedback and other related information.

3. Click the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links to view the privacy policy and terms of use.

4. Select I understand and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of Jumborca, and then click Submit.

Manage your account and the system

1. On the top navigation bar, click .

2. Perform the following tasks as needed:

   ○ To change the password, select Change Password, enter the old password, enter the new password and confirm it, and then click OK. If the login password has expired, the system will automatically prompt you to change the password on the login page. Enter the old password, and enter the new password and confirm it as prompted. Then, you can log in to the system normally. For more information about the password validity period, access the System > AuthN Management > Password Policy page.

   ○ To change the theme, click in the upper right corner, click Theme, and then select Light, Dark, or Classic as needed.

   ○ To switch the language, select Language, and then select English or 中文.
